A Dorset based Drama group: classes for Children and classes for Adults
The Acting Crew – Children and Young People
The children/young people use role play, props, stories, poems, songs and improvisation to help build confidence, develop social skills, improve co-ordination, use imagination , create drama and play in a safe and caring environment. The group is run by myself a professional drama specialist and qualified Teacher and Therapist with 20 years experience in performing and teaching.

When and Where?
Location: The Junction, Broadstone, Station Approach, BH18 8AX
Saturdays: 9.15am to 10.15am: Stage Explorers: 5 to 8 years.
9.45am to 10.45am: Stage Seniors: 9 to 16 years.
The Groups overlap so that the children have the benefit of working individually with myself and with their age group and then they are together for 30 minutes as a joint group. This enables a level of work that is applicable to their age and ability and also allows them to work together on group projects or annual productions.How much? £6.00 a week if paid termly in advance or £7.00 pay-as-you-go.
The Acting Crew – Adults: An acting/improv group for adults
Where: Branksome Liberal Club, 1, Salisbury Road, Poole, BH14 0DP
When: Tuesdays 7.30 -9pmHow much? £5.50 if paid in blocks of 4 weeks or £6.50 pay-as-you-go

Fees ( for children’s group) are paid termly in advance unless Saturday pay as you go option. Late payment of fees will incur a 10% additional charge. Once a term has been paid for unfortunately no refunds can be given if you decide to leave.
No uniform: Just comfy, suitable clothing and soft shoes.
The Acting Crew is fully inclusive and suitable for children with SEN, (severe SEN needs will need an additional adult for support and children must be fully toilet trained ).
Kelly-Anne is DBS enhanced checked and registered and also holds Public Liability Insurance.
Kelly-Anne has QTS having worked as a Teacher for over 20 years.
Kelly-Anne is a qualified Counsellor registered with the BACP and has worked extensively with SEN, behavioural and emotional difficulties and mental health issues. Drama is one way to help children through their difficulties and is a great way to express their emotions.
